How does consultation work?:

Through a series of agreed upon sessions clients determine their desired goals and personal needs.  By way of assessment, discussion and exercises clients will be responsible and held accountable for their efforts.  Working together in a "team-like" envirnonment with their coach, clients will work to reach their goals and create optimum health (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).  Provided that the client is personally committed to creating change and is committed to the coaching process, they will be able to see measurable results very quickly.

How does one begin?:

Sessions begin with an assessment appointment where an agreed upon "program of achievement" is established based on desired goals. All sessions are designed to meet individual needs and goals.  Throughout the "program" clients are provided with scheduled session appointments; scheduled telephone appointments and e-mail support to help maintain motivation and momentum. These "programs of achievement" can last a week, a month, or even up to several years depending on the desired results the client wishes to achieve.
